I came to Las Vegas in 1981 pursuing career and educational opportunities. I have worked diligently during my career to keep educational pursuits in balance with the changing world. I have a variety of skills and knowledge that has ultimately led to the formation of my company, Community Management & Sales.
I am formally educated in a variety of fields, such as accounting, business management, computer technology, personnel supervision, contract negotiation, sales, finance and several other interests. I entered the real estate field and immediately became successful. I was determined to enter the construction industry through the channels I opened in the real estate industry.
After spending several years in the real estate industry, I went to work for a premier custom homebuilder in Las Vegas. Throughout the five years spent exclusively in the homebuilding industry, I faced challenges that only served to make me a better leader.
During these years, I realized that quality management was severely needed. Most of the communities were contracted to large firms, whose managers had probably never set foot on the property they were responsible for. I decided to give the people what it was they deserved: a manager with a desire to make conscientious choices for the greater good of the communities she managed.
My business has grown by the best of all possible ways, word of mouth. I look at every issue that presents itself as an opportunity to create something positive out of a potentially negative situation.
I enjoy working with the public and facing new challenges each and every day. My attitude toward life presents itself in every facet of my business. I will be a success in whatever I choose to do.

I am currently employed at Community Management & Sales as a Property Inspector; my objective in this position is to help each association keep a beautiful and attractive atmosphere. My duties include personally visiting properties for inspections, preparing and issuing violation notices along with entering violation responses.
Some of my experience has been 12 years in customer service, very familiar in dealing with customers. My attention to detail is what I bring to Community Management & Sales.

My name is Ishana Brandner and I am a Provisional Community Association Manager (CAM). I have been in this industry for almost 4 years and have learned so much along the way.
I currently manage communities of all types and enjoy every aspect of what I do. I try to focus on the positives of each community and work towards making the negatives into positives. I believe that is what makes me a great manager and team player. I include myself as apart of each of my communities as though I live in them as well.
I am a hands on manager, who will always correspond with not only my Board members, but also homeowners as well. I want each and every person in my Associations to feel as important as the next.

I have joined the Community Management & Sales team, as the Accounting Manager and I work in the Accounts Receivable department.
I send correspondence to delinquent homeowner accounts and send these accounts to an outside Collection Company. I reconcile bank accounts for each association. I apply all late charges every month to every Association, process monthly assessments, and help homeowners with their account issues. I process Lockbox daily, process Direct Debit (ACH) between the 5th and the 10th monthly and Quarterly. I research and correct errors on disputed accounts, i.e. misapplied payments, bank errors.
I enjoy working and learning here at Community Management and Sales.

Sarah Mulready, Receptionist
I am currently employed at Community Management & Sales as the front desk receptionist.
My main responsibility is to answer telephones in a polite, helpful manner and direct the call to the proper department. In addition to answering telephones, I also greet and initially assist all visitors, receive payments from homeowners, handle the distribution of mail and contribute my assistance to the other departments whenever needed.
I also handle resale packages for new homebuyers by providing all the information needed to understand the community in which they will be living.
I enjoy working with the homeowners and assisting them in any way I can.

Terry Mullin, Accounting Department (Accounts Payable)
I joined the Community Management & Sales team in the Accounts Payable Accounting Department.
My main responsibility is to maintain the payable files; entering the payables for each community, printing the checks, printing reports as requested, and mailing. I also maintain the vendor files; keeping track of insurance coverage, workman’s comp, compiling information and printing and mailing the 1099 Misc. forms.
I take pride in good work ethics and offer my assistance to my coworkers whenever possible.
